Wawa – Economic Development and Tourism Committee Strategic Plan
N1 Strategy Inc. was retained to guide a process to build a strategic approach for the Economic Development and Tourism Committee in the Municipality of Wawa. The team was pleased to support this process that included a summary of the current state of activities in the community along with setting priorities for the next year. This project featured a facilitated session involving community stakeholders and the Municipal Council. The approach provided an effective and focused exchange of ideas and supported opportunities for discussion, which led to a better understanding of the Committee’s role and Council’s appreciation for the work of the Committee moving forward. In addition, N1 has assisted the community in developing terms of reference for proposals and acts as a resource to the Mayor and CAO.
